Seiko's Presage Classic series designs watches that truly reflect Japanese elegance.

This model is called "Ai iro" and features an open-heart dial inspired by a shade of Japanese indigo prized since ancient times. This color, considered "lucky" during the samurai era, was dubbed "Japan Blue" by foreigners in the Meiji era, when cities abounded with Ai iro-dyed fabrics.

The seven-link bracelet is inspired by the retro-style metal watch bracelets of the 1970s. Not only are they designed for style and light reflection, but each link is just 6mm long, allowing for maximum movement and comfort.

Powered by a 6R5J calibre , it features a 24-hour scale at 6 o'clock and has a 72-hour power reserve.
