1.1 Gioielleria Casella , with headquarters in Via Giuseppe Mazzini, 49 – 84091 Battipaglia SA, registered with the chamber of commerce of Salerno, VAT number: 02911800650, in the person of its legal representative Federico Casella, offers products for sale (as better described in point 2.1 ), on its website and carries out e-commerce activities exclusively for subjects who can be defined as "consumers" and who have reached the age of eighteen.
1.2 By "consumer" we mean the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out. Persons who do not hold this qualification are therefore invited to refrain from carrying out any operation on the web. Therefore, in turn, it reserves the right not to carry out purchase orders from subjects who do not qualify as "consumers".
2 OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT:
2.1 Gioielleria Casella on its website offers only new products for sale, specifically jewellery, watches, leather goods and luxury stationery
2.2 The products indicated in point 2.1 can be viewed on the website in the appropriate product sheet. The images and colors of the products as displayed in the product sheet could be altered due to the effect of the Internet browser or the monitor used for such discrepancies Gioielleria Casella cannot in any way be called to answer
3 METHODS OF EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT:
3.1 The order of the product can be made by the consumer by completing the appropriate order form electronically, following the instructions provided therein.
3.2 The order form contains the description of the product you are interested in, the photo, the price of the selected product (including taxes and duties), an indication of the payment methods and the product delivery methods.
3.3 Once completed in all its parts, the order form must be sent electronically to Gioielleria Casella by completing the order procedure. The validity and execution of the contract start from the moment of receipt of the order form by Gioielleria Casella, which, in turn, undertakes to send the purchase order receipt by e-mail to the purchasing consumer and a summary sheet of the order form.
3.4 By submitting the order form electronically, the consumer accepts these general terms and conditions and the information on the right to privacy.
3.5 If the chosen product is not available at the time of completing the order form, Gioielleria Casella undertakes to communicate this circumstance by e-mail to the consumer.
3.6 If, in the case referred to in point 3.5, the consumer no longer has an interest in obtaining delivery of the product, he must communicate this circumstance by e-mail no later than 3 days from the notification of unavailability, and the contract will be considered terminated .
4 OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER GIOIELLERIA CASELLA SRL:
4.1 Gioielleria Casella undertakes to deliver goods compliant with the sales contract to the consumer purchaser. On all products, warranty assistance for faults and manufacturing defects is provided by the manufacturer for a period of no less than two years from the date of delivery of the product. The warranty assistance does not extend to wear, scratches, marks, or in any case to anything that can be traced back to poor maintenance of the product. 5 SHIPMENTS:
5.1 The purchased product will be shipped to the purchasing consumer at the place indicated by the same in the order form by a courier appointed by GIOIELLERIA CASELLA. Shipping will take place within 24/48 hours of confirmation of payment. Orders placed after Friday morning, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Shipping costs starting from 49.00 Euros are free throughout the Italian territory.
6 PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD:
6.1 The price of the selected product is the one indicated in the order form and in the summary sheet under "total payment".
6.2 Payment can be made by:

- Credit and Prepaid Cards (e.g. PostePay)
- PayPal
- Cash on delivery (Cash on delivery)
7 APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE SETTLEMENT:
7.1 Without prejudice to the application of the mandatory rules of European derivation to protect the consumer, the General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the Consumer Code and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 (“Implementation of Directive 2000/31/EC relating to certain legal aspects of information society services in the internal market, with particular reference to electronic commerce”).
7.2 In the event of disputes between Gioielleria Casella and each end user, arising from the General Conditions of Sale, we inform you that the European Commission provides a platform for the alternative out-of-court resolution of disputes, accessible on the website http://ec.europa. eu/odr .
7.3 For all disputes relating to purchases and/or these General Conditions of Sale, the Court of the place of domicile or residence of the consumer will be competent according to the applicable law or, at the consumer's choice, the Court of Salerno.
8 CHANGE AND UPDATE:
8.1 The General Conditions of Sale are modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on gioielleriacasella.com .
