The Montblanc Star Legacy product line is inspired by the Minerva tradition and the company's pocket watches made in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Orbis Terrarum has an elegant aesthetic and is powered by an automatic movement equipped with an in-house complication . Once set, it indicates all 24 time zones at a glance and shows whether the cities are day or night. The clock is easy to set with just one button.
The dial consists of a rotating upper sapphire crystal disc with a three-dimensional rose gold-coated northern hemisphere map and meridians surrounded by a ring depicting the 3 cities of the 24 time zones. Below this disc appears the day/night disc which rotates 24 hours, alternating from light gray for day to dark gray for night. A rose gold-coated arrow is located at 24 o'clock to point to the city and local time zone of its owner.
