The Khaki Pilot Pioneer Chrono Quartz is inspired by traditional military aviation watches of the 1970s, especially the model Hamilton designed for the Royal Air Force. The Superluminova hands make the dial of the Pioneer Pilot perfectly legible, both the Nato strap in canvas loop and the leather strap recall the military roots of the ancestor of the Pioneer Pilot. The two asymmetric counters and case bring the watch into modern times.
